high pressure-driven grout mixer machine for grouting
The high pressure-driven grout mixer machine for grouting is a special equipment used for rapid preparation of slurry in grouting engineering. The high pressure-driven grout mixer machine for grouting utilizes the rotation of the impeller of a high-speed centrifugal pump to generate a high-speed liquid flow, which forms a strong eddy current in the slurry making body, so that the material can be fully and evenly stirred, and the slurry can be quickly made.

Instructions for useing high pressure-driven grout mixer machine for grouting:
1. Check that the circulating pump and stirring paddle are turned correctly, and close the slurry discharge valve tightly, so that the pulping and pulping valves are in the pulping circulation position to ensure that the slurry discharge pipe does not leak;
2. Add an appropriate amount of water, turn on the circulating pump to clean and wet the pulping barrel and pipeline, and release the water in the pulping machine after cleaning;
3. Add water to the pulping barrel, turn on the circulating pump and stirring pump, and add the powder evenly in the specified order. Control the feeding time within 5-6 minutes. After all the powder is added, continue stirring for 3-5 minutes;
4. Switch the pulping valve to the pulping position, and introduce the prepared pulp into the pulp storage barrel to maintain dynamic pulp storage.
5. After connecting the pulper pipeline to the pulp storage tank, start pulping;
6. Immediately after the grouting is completed, clean the equipment and pipelines, and turn on the agitator, so that the remaining cement slurry in the pulping machine, the slurry storage tank and the pipeline can be circulated and removed.
