high yield cement peristaltic pump

The high yield cement peristaltic pump is positive displacement pumps based on the principle of alternate compression of hoses, similar to how the human larynx or intestines work. A rotor or cam is provided along the length of the hose, which compresses it to form a seal and create a strong vacuum to deliver the product to the pump.

When the end of the hose is reached, the medium is “pushed” through the discharge port. For smaller hose pumps, the hose is installed in the rotor assembly next to the box mechanism and controls. For the industrial type, the hose is set in a cast iron casing, and half of the hose is covered with lubricant to reduce friction on the surface of the rotor parts and adjust the pump temperature. The high yield cement peristaltic pump rotor is connected with the drive assembly, the motor, the gearbox, and the control device.
