In addition, there are high shear mixers and stirrers that combine mixers and stirrers designed for continuous mixing and grouting of cement in above-ground / underground projects. The mixing system is designed to provide continuous mixing operations. It consists of a cylindrical mixing tank made of steel plate, a rugged slurry pump, and a mixing tank, and is mounted on a rugged chassis. Water, cement and bentonite are mixed by a high-speed vortex generated by a dedicated pump. When the mixing process is complete, the mixing is transferred to the blender. A slow stirring paddle prevents the slurry from settling out of the suspension and removes air bubbles in the mixture. The mixer and agitator are switched by a butterfly valve.
