Gunite machine for building concrete swimming pool

1. Would you want one shotcrete machine or one gunite machine?

The shotcrete is poured into a shotcrete machine and sprayed into layers by pressure through the forward and backward movement of the nozzle. The shotcrete application continues until the wall thickness of the design is reached.

Gunite concrete is often referred to as "dry gun" concrete. Prior to construction, the dry portion of the concrete is mixed at the concrete plant or site. No water was added to the dry concrete mixture prior to actual application from the gunite nozzle.

The spray gun device presses the dry concrete mixture into the hose under air pressure. The dry mixture travels through the hose to a dedicated nozzle that is also connected to the water source under pressure. The dry concrete is mixed with water and mixed through channels in the gunite nozzle and then sprayed onto the preformed surface. The result is that the concrete mixture can be applied very dry with a high cement content to give the aggregates a higher strength. The gunite nozzle operator uses the front and rear motion to engrave the pool wall into the designed shape and thickness.

2. Please confirm which type of gunite machine for building concrete swimming pool you want?

For the shotcrete machine, we have two types of structures.

One is rotor type shotcrete machine, we named it as wet mix shotcrete machine. This model is WSZ300 and has an output power of 3-5m3 / h, which is the most acceptable. The aggregate size is 15mm, the maximum horizontal conveying distance is 30m, and the maximum vertical conveying distance is 10m. Please check the link for more details.

The other is the S-valve spray pump, model number WPS-7A. Its output is 5-8m3 / h, which is the most acceptable. The aggregate size is 20mm, the maximum horizontal conveying distance is 200m, and the maximum vertical conveying distance is 60m. Please check the link for more details.

For gunite machine, we have three output of gunite machine for building concrete swimming pool for option.

For gunite machine, according to output difference, there is 3m3/h, 5m3/h, 9m3/h for choose, and depending on the engine, in addition to the motor drive, in order to meet the field requirements of no power, Wode equipment also has a pneumatic motor drive And diesel engine drives are available.
