How does an industrial hose pump work?

Industrial hose pump, also known as the peristaltic pump, has a special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and high strength. The hose is flattened by pressing and pressing a rubber hose along a rubber hose through a pair of pressure rollers. This rotation allows the media to be transported in one direction without backflow. After the hose is transferred, the hose is restored to its original state by the force of the flat hose and the force of the side guide rollers. At this point, a high vacuum is created in the hose to again draw the medium into the lumen. The medium is then discharged from the tube under a subsequent pressure roller press. The cycle is repeated, and the medium is continuously sucked in and discharged.
There is no strict distinction between industrial hose pumps and peristaltic pumps. The working principle of the industrial hose pump works like a digestive tract, which transports gases, solids and liquids in a mobile manner. Designers and users of industrial hose pumps are most concerned with their ability to pump strong grinding media. It has no valves and seals. The only part that is in contact with the media is the inner cavity of the rubber hose. The rubber hose is pressed in the longitudinal direction by a roller that pushes the fluid contained therein. After squeezing, the rubber hose returns to its original state, creating a vacuum that continuously draws fluid into the tube. This produces a gentle pumping action without any damage to the product. Since the fluid is contained within the tube, contamination is avoided. The outer rotor of the rubber hose is completely independent of the medium, so only the hose is in contact with the material during the entire operation of the industrial hose pump. The hose is the only consumable part of the entire industrial hose pump.
Industrial hose pumps confine the media to the pipe so that the pump does not come into contact with the fluid and the fluid does not come into contact with the pump. This non-polluting pumping makes industrial hose pumps particularly suitable for high purity applications, including the transfer or metering of chemicals and additives in food, pharmaceutical and semiconductor applications. In addition, industrial hose pumps can be used in mining, chemical, water treatment, construction and underground engineering.
Industrial hose pump features:
1. Use 2 or 3 press rolls as required;
2. Extrusion interference can be adjusted by dial and bolt fixing;
3. The pump room is welded by steel plate;
4. The pressure roller and the pump core are galvanized to avoid rust;
5. The bearing adopts China famous brand Harbin full-sealed bearing;
6. The joint adopts carbon steel safety joint, and the clamp adopts high-pressure quick clamp for concrete pump.
Industrial hose pumps also have many advantages: no other pumps have better self-priming capabilities than industrial hose pumps. They are almost completely suitable for pumping fiber-containing propellers, shear-sensitive, abrasive or gas-liquid solid mixtures; transporting gases containing liquid and foam liquids without gas resistance; conveying high viscosity and shear sensitive media is also a strength; There is no outlet pressure for each fixed displacement. The industrial hose pump is a natural raw metering pump; maintenance-free, the conveying medium only contacts the hose, does not touch the pump body, the hose is the only consumable, the replacement of the hose takes only a few minutes, simple and convenient; the sanitary pump The liquid is only active inside the hose, easy to clean, maintenance-free, and reduces spare parts costs and maintenance costs.
