Shotcrete machine for underground mine
Rotor type shotcrete machine is in the thin stream process, there are two line compressed air from air compressor, one line compressed air blow materials from above of the rotor out of whirl stream implement, another line compressed air blow materials to nozzle from the whirl stream implement. Rotor type shotcrete machine is divided into dry mix shotcrete machine and wet mix shotcrete machine. For dry mix shotcrete machine, add water in the nozzle, while wet mix shotcrete machine, add accelerator in the nozzle.
Shotcrete machine is used for underground project, usually choose wet mix shotcrete machine. Considering that underground project don’t have too much dust in the using, on the other hand, underground project is important project, need higher strength. Wet mix shotcrete machine have some outstanding features, such as low rebound, low dust, high strength than dry mix shotcrete machine.
Usually, one set of dosing pump is integrated in wet shotcrete machine frame, using for pumping accelerate in wet spraying process. Wet spraying process, wet materials have strong liquidity, in order to speed materials condense, adding the right amount of accelerator is essential.
For wet shotcrete machine for mine, its hopper is different with dry mix shotcrete machine. Unique hopper design is good for exhaust, achieving best spraying effect. Four-point spring compression device position selection, made rotor steel plate and rubber sealing plate easy to compress, avoid materials leaks.
Shotcrete machine output capacity depend on rotor speed and rotor size. Same rotor size, the faster the rotor body speed, the larger output capacity. But rotor speed too fast, will reduce rubber seal plate service life, usually rotor speed 11rpm is better. Rotor steel plate service life is about 3000m3 per piece, rubber sealing plate is about 300m3 per piece.
