WGP400/700/80/100DPI-D Grout mixer and pump for foundations micropile project consists of high shear colloidal mixer, agitator and grout pump installed on one base frame for easy handling at job sites. It also takes up a small space. It has compact size and it is easy to operate. Grouting pressure and displacement of our grout plant for foundations micropile is adjustable.
High speed vortex mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement or bentonite is quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the mixed slurry was delivered to the agitator. Grout pump injects from the mixing drum (storage tank). This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations. The grouting plant is hydraulic drive with electric motor.
This grout unit is mainly used to be made bentonite slurry, cement slurry, etc., in the application highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction.
Features
1. Grout station for foundations micropile is easy to operate and maintain.
2. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable.
3. Up to 5mm particle size.
4. Air cooling and water cooling for the hydraulic.
5. The function switch between mixer and pulping machine is realized by using squeeze switch.
6. Full hydraulic drive, three cylinders air cooling diesel engine acted as universal grouting applications.
7. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing (small pulse) and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump.
8. The oil thermometer can automatically control the cooling fan to work within the normal temperature range. If the temperature is too high, the machine will automatically stop working.
