The grout mixer is driven by an electric motor, it drives the impeller to rotate at a high speed. The slurry is sucked from the bottom into a swirling shape, and a high-speed slurry is sprayed from the upper end of the tank, and a strong vortex is formed in the mixing tank. The dry powder and the water are fully and uniformly stirred, thereby achieving uniform slurry preparation.

During the mixing process, close the butterfly valve. Connecting shaft driving the impeller, high speed rotation generates high speed liquid flow. The material in the mixing tank is circulated and stirred in a high-speed liquid flow. After 2-3 minutes, the slurry is evenly mixed. And then open the butterfly valve, the slurry will transfer to other matched machine by using a pipeline. After liquid transferring finished, the handle of the butterfly valve is rotated to closed positon and prepare for the next mixing. At this point, the second mixing operation can be carried out. This can ensure continuous rapid mixing realized.
